Fall Farmhouse Dollar Tree DIY
Learn how to create this Fall Farmhouse Dollar Tree DIY sign using items mostly from the Dollar Tree. Download the FREE “Hello Fall” SVG cut file design from the Resource Library and use it with your Cricut or Silhouette cutting machine. This DIY is super easy and fun to make.Â
I love a good and simple DIY. In fact, over the last few days of DIYs, this has been one of my favorites to make. And yet, it has been one of the fastest and easiest today.
I took an old Dollar Tree sign I had from their Summer collection and recovered to give it a simple Farmhouse vibe form my Fall home decor.
I created a quick video to show you exactly how simple and easy this DIY is to do. You can check out the video below.
How To Make A Fall Farmhouse Hello Fall Sign
First, you will need to gather your supplies. Most items can be purchased from the Dollar Tree with the exception of the buffalo check scrapbook paper and gold foil cardstock. I believe I purchased both from Hobby Lobby. I had the gold cardstock already on hand.
Once you have all the materials you will need to set up an area to create. The dining room table or your craft table is a great place. I made this in front of my Dreambox cabinet as it has all my supplies within the craft storage cabinet at an arms reach.

You can also check out my Dreambox Setup in this video to see how I have it set up! I absolutely love the Dreambox setup. It really makes crafting so much more fun!
Materials Needed:
- Wood Sign in shape and size you like from the Dollar Tree
- Scrapbook paper
- Cardstock you like for the bottom leave
- Wood grain or similar contact paper or cardstock for top leave
- Hello Fall SVG cut file design and leaf from My Resource Library
- Hot Glue/Glue stick or Mod Podge adhesive.
Once you have your supplies, sand down any glitter the original sign design may have. Then trace your sign chipboard or wood to match on your scrapbook paper.
Cut the scrapbook paper out and glue down into place.
Then using the SVG cut file, cut out two Maple leaf shapes, making sure one is slightly larger than the other.
Layer the two leaves on top of each other on the wood sign scrapbook paper.
Lastly, cut out the Hello Fall design in adhesive vinyl and transfer onto the sign with transfer tape.
Hang and enjoy!!
